Why do you want to do experiments like this?

Im 4 weeks out and have 2 cup, 1 for morning and the other for afternoon with lactosfree milk. Im ok with it. Before the sleeve I have 8-10 cup a day.

Why do you take multi?

Im taking B12 too. But not multivitamins. Why do you take that?

Im 4 weeks out and Im so proud to do this. You cant eat like before but you are not hungry anymore. Thats wonderful for me. I have no problems at all.

How much weight lost is normal for a week? Im 3 weeks out and lost 18 lbs so far.

It was really thready, but softy. But broccoli I eat from 2 weeks with not problem at all.

Oh my god. I dont know how I did it. I eat an half peach. It was very soft and tast was very nice but can we eat peach 3 week out? Did I hurt my sleeve? What can happen? Im so scare:(((((((((
