Thanks so much for this blog! I am a total newbie. My surgery will be end of September and I really enjoyed your post on how to prep the kitchen and what kitchen things to buy. The ice cube tray is a great idea! I'm not looking forward to the mushie phase but I've been reading recipes on here and your blog that don't make it seem half bad! Thanks again!

Hello! I am new here and officially began my sleeve journey today with my consult with my surgeon. I am living and working in Taipei, Taiwan so I am having my surgery done here (cheaper then in the US too). Looking at a late August or anytime in September surgery date (no red tape of 6 months proven failed attempts or classes here....National Health Care FTW!) :thumbup: As this becomes a reality I do feel some nerves setting in that "are you sure you are ready for this" feeling but I know this is my only way to healthier and happier me!
