    I am 11 days out and have gained 2 lbs. Im hopeing its only water weight.I just started mushies 2 days ago.Not really sure whats going on.

    Hi All Well...i am 6 days out and I am starving.I can drink like crazy and stared with mushies today and just can't seem to get full for long. Im getting my protein but it seems that 15 min after I eat im hungery all over again. Any advice? Should I go back to liquids only?
