@ CHELSEA: Hi Chelsea, I just wanted to personally thank you for the Protein shake recommendation. I went to costco the same week and bought them. I think they are PERFECT! I tried many before and could fins the perfect nutritional balance and good taste. I've been drinking about 3 or 4 a week, but I can't even finish one in one sitting. I'm going to try to up my intake. Hope all is well for you. Keep in touch! -

I'm fairly new at this myself. I had sleeve on 06/28, have only lost 17 lbs, so you are doing great! I get the "stuck" feeling when I eat and then drink water. Make sure you chew food completely before swallowing. Drink water w small sips. I usually get VERY tired right after a meal. I just want to lay in bed all day long. -

I had sleeve on 06/28, have only lost 17 lbs. Seems sooooo sloooow.... I've lost more than this before without a sleeve. HELP! very frustrated! Maybe I'm not having enough protein??? I just can't get that much in! Im ok with the fluids... ANY ADVICE???:thumbup1: -
