I am 7 days out from having surgery, and it was SUPER tough for me. The gas, and not being able to get fluids in did a job on me. I am feeling better with each new day. I just felt bad when I would read that people were actually up and out the day after surgery, I thought something was wrong with me lol, but I know everyone is different. How many days has it been since your surgery and how are you feeling now???

Waves of nausea/sour stomach between meals

I am almost 4 weeks out and this week I am feeling little waves of nausea or sour stomach between meals. Not necessarily when I am eating. Although I am trying to go to more solids and am having some discomfort with that while I am eating. I am trying to make myself slow down because I seem to finish the tiny amount in tiny time. I don't know why I am feeling the nausea or acid- (not sure what it is). I don't think I had this twinges last week.:frown1: -

I get tired easily. I am almost 3 weeks out. I have 3 more weeks before back to school, I teach 2nd grade. I find that the mornings are harder and the evenings are better for me. Maybe because of an empty stomach in the mornings:confused1: -

I found that Crystal Lite Lemonade helped to quench faster than other flavors. Maybe it will work for you too:-) -
I have been sleeved for 10 days now! The first few days were absolutlely the worst thing I've endured, but now things seem brighter. Please tell me it just keeps getting better!! I've lost 24 lbs since I started the pre-op low carb diet. (11 since surgery day). So,am I on the loser's bench?????
