I am sorry it has been so long.. I was away from home and didn't have internet.. I used my phone to get online every once in a while but it is hard. I am feeling pretty good. I had my surgery on July 10 and I am already down 15 lbs. ISN"T THAT CRAZY?? I am so happy with it! I can eat fish and soft foods now but honestly I'm just not hungry.. I am so glad I did this
