:001_cool::biggrin0:Well, here it is folks the beginning of something wonderful, most ppl who would have to be on a liquid diet probably would not be this happy...in all truth i am looking forward to this liquid diet, since it means i am one step closer to having this over and done with and onto the next chapter of my new self!!! I start my diet on my Birthday so i had my Birthday supper today with family and friends i care most about, and my wonderful husband bought me a yummy cake to finish off the meal...So i will keep you posted on how i do and hope to lose a few lbs on this liquid diet since that will help me be one step closer to my goal...yaaaa me!!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Yes, i know what you are going thru...my surgery is scheduled for June 5th and i am super excited yet nervous and anxious at the same time, but knowing that my husband is behind me 110% helps a lot, he is awesome!!! So you are in my thoughts and prayers and send one up for me as well!!! Good luck and soon we will be on the other side of the fence, with the skinny peeps!

Yep, i am having my surgery on June 5th and so i can't wait to know the same feeling....my friend had the bypass and she saying the samething, that in her mind she is still a big person and shops that way too...i guess it is something that we will all go thru probably... Tiffykins, you have done remarkable well, as you all have thus far, but i was wondering what kind of exercise routine did or do you have that you lost so much weight, even more than your goal and how long it took you to reach your goal?....i am hoping to lose about 115-120lbs and would like for it to happen in the first year...i live in such a small town, i can't wait for ppl to start noticing!! I know that maybe a lil vain, but i have waited so long for this moment! Good luck to everyone!!!

I know, it has already snuck up on me, i fly out on the 3rd of June, so it's close now!! Thanx for the congrats!!!! How has your sleeve been so far? was there many complications for you?....sounds like you are doing quite well with it so far!!!!

Hi there, I am ready to start my pre-op one week liquid diet on Friday...I am not really looking forward to it, but i know that it will come to an end...so hang in there and hope it all works out for you...you can do it!!!!:-)

I am starting my pre-op diet on May 29th, which is actually my birthday!~~ Happy Birthday to me I guess...ha, actually, It will be so worth it! So i'm having my cake on Friday...good luck with your journey!

Pretty excited, yet nervous too, it's coming up so fast that I don't have a lot of time to think about it and I try not to let my mind wonder about it too much...just wanting to get to the other side now....it's been a long time coming...good luck and I will keep you posted!!!
