Hi Friends, I've hit the 30 pound mark and ready to tackle another 10 pounds! I'm getting used to my new tummy and finding that some food sounds good one day and then horrible the next. I'm focusing only on 10 pounds at a time because that helps me mentally. I've been exercising but some days I am really tired afterwards instead of energized. I'm literally never hungry, so eating can really be a chore. Did I just say that? How is everyone doing?
