Hi Donna4545. My name is Deb AKA Dansha. I read ur blog and found it very interesting. I too have BCBS and I think we should be good as far as approval. I was approved for the lap band from BCBS, but then decided to get the sleeve instead because I heard alot of good things via YouTube. My dr who was going to do my lap band doesn't do the sleeve, so I had to find another surgeon who did. I have an appointment to see my new surgeon on June 14.I'm very pump and ready to go!!!! Good luck!!!
