I am 5 weeks out on Monday of next week.
I have a situation which I have not seen posted. When I eat certain foods they seem to get stuck around my sternum. Also after eating I seem to develop this thick liquid build up that sits at near my sternum. If I "burp" to clear gas from my stomach the liquid comes up. This occurs for about an hour after I eat and then the symptoms subside. The combination of these symptoms make it uncomfortable to eat.
After a meal yesterday, I threw up about a cup of this thick yellow tinted liquid but no food. This has happened a few times but usually much smaller amounts.
Has anyone else experienced this? I am hoping it will resolve itself in a short time. I am wondering if I take too large bites or am eating too fast. Another possibility is acid reflux as I do get periodic slight heartburn and do suffer from acid reflux occasionally at night.
Would appreciate any ideas. Thank you.
