Trinity, I just saw that you mentioned Northside Hospital...if you are going there, I would choose Dr Paul Macik. Hope this is helpful! -
Choosing a hospital in Atlanta, GA

Hi Trinity...my name is Susan and I had Dr Chris Hart do my sleeve @ Emory Johns Creek Hospital in Johns Creek here in Atlanta. I was sleeved on Fri, May 14. I work with Dr Hart and his partner, Dr Johnson, alot at the hospital due to being in anesthesia. They both are extremely competent at this surgery and you would do well by them If any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. -

Getting Sleeved in One Week!!!
Luvandros replied to knoxmom's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi Kalew....as far as a cold goes, I can only tell you from my experience in giving anesthesia. that it depends on how bad it is...are you running a fever, have wheezing or coughing up anything of color? If it is just a little head cold and stuffiness, more than likely it won't be cancelled. Sometimes the surgeon leaves it up to the anesthesia team. Good luck! I am getting my sleeve done May 14th in Atlanta. -
Hi...i think this is the smallest, but not sure....it all we have used however. It is what they will use on me this week!
