I'm curious as to what keeps you two from beleaving. Do you know something I do not?

I was told that they want you to loose weight prior to the surgery to shrink your liver. making surgery better for the surgeon and therefore easier for you.

I am new to this site and doing research. I have talked to my doctor and have my first class starting friday. I want any information I can get. not just the good stuff but bad also. how can I make a decision based only only good. That would be insane. If there are surgeons that for some reason or another didn't satisfy a patient I want to know please. let me be the judge of the information I hear. but for Gods sake let me hear it. Thank you

I am a happily married man, married to my 3rd wife and now I know how to be a husband. my wife and I have been together 10 great loving years now and I purposley do anything that would hurt her. and if I did she would while we were alone let me know how she felt. You need to quietly and respectfully with no one else around tell him everything you mentioned in your last paragraph. Thats what he needs to hear. he needs to know that your scared and that you are serious about doing this. and not just want but need his support. He obviosly loves you. And I would have to imagine that is not an easy thing to do. Talk to him he will listen. Talk means to have a conversation. Which means you have to listen to his concerns as well. Try doing this without putting up walls and automatically thinking he is attacking you. He's not I can assure you of this. He is just concerned as you are. Hope this helps.

That's unreal I never heard of anything like that. I havn't had surgery yet. What did you do differently? and can you loose weight like that?

I have a friend who juices. but I'm not sure when he started after surgery. better check with your doctor. to much sugars is not a good thing right away. I on the other hand just juiced an amazing fresh v 8 for breakfast this morning. but I havn't had the surgery yet : )

I just talked to my personel Doctor on tuesday about getting this surgery. I start a class this Friday and am very anxious to get started. I am tired of dieting and gaining the weight back I just want to lose the weght be more active feel healthy watch my calorie intake and be ALIVE!!! I envy you guys. and WOW is ryansgirl hot or what!!

I ate 1 1/2 lb's of Choclate Sunday and monday. and I'm still fat, I don't get it. I try not to deprive myself and I still grow large.

I will say a prayer 4 you. let us know how everything goes.
