It's my understanding that low carb is what they are after. You deplete your glycerin stores in the liver when you enter ketosis. One enters ketosis when one eats low carb. If you need to eat more stick to Protein and fat.

I'm thinking of bringing a portable dvd player as I don't own a notebook but I might consider buying one if there is an easy way to get online. I'm glad to hear all is okay with you.
