I am doing great. I'm down 80 pounds. 40 pounds from goal. working out 4 times a week and feel wonderful. I just dropped off this site due to being so busy...so glad you are having a great result!!

How ya doing kiddo. I'm in vegas after a week in Chicago. I got on the scale in vegas and exact same weight I was on Monday....a little disappointed...but just trusting the numbers will change.
