Hey y'all! Gosh I have missed everyone coming here and posting. Miss Diane you are such a sweetheart. I am in the same boat as you, nothing seems to help either. I lose five pounds and gain 10! I know the exercising is what's missing, but what the heck can you do. So what has been new with you? Fill me in! I visit face book once in a while, but it just isn't the same as visiting on here. Miss Sherry - Hope you do well on the gym, I can't seem to get motivated. I don't seem to have enough hours in the day. I get home so late and by the time I cook supper I am ready to relax and then go to bed. Have you been doing much riding lately? It's hot here, it was 103 yesterday and today so that drains me too. I need to get some motivation! I was starting to work out in the pool, but haven't done a thing since the middle of last week. Kick me in the a$$ will ya? Our new neighbor's are great and guess what? He went today a bought a new Harley Ultra. Now we will have someone new to ride with. Now we have to get the rest of the crew back on here. I miss everyone! Time to kick butt and ask questions later. Awww Diane, that is horrible. They didn't have to ask that way, they could have just given you the cup. You are lucky yours gives you time, mine is right away and there is no waiting. I'm glad you had a great time on vacation. Next time take me along! : )

Yeah! Y'all are posting again! It finally stopped raining here and the sun is shining. I am ready for summer!

OK Y'all have had enough time to get your r&r from lbt, so now get your butts back here. I just got home from grocery shopping, lots of good veggies, and fruits. I have to get my butt in gear and back on track. I just keep eating and drinking all the wrong stuff and I have gained and it's one place I don't want to go back to. I sure wish I could do some walking again. I was doing so good when I could walk and get some exercise in. It has been cold and rainy here all week. I think we are going to go up to Harley though and walk around. They are having a St. Pat's party. And of course I will have a few of the free beers. I can't buy anything since our wages/hours have been cut so it is just window shopping and people watching. What is everyone else doing?

Kat my heart goes out to you. I know you blame yourself for this, but it is not your fault. It is just one of those freak accidents and it's nobody's fault. At some time or other no matter how hard we try they get hurt. We sure don't want them to and try to protect them any way we can. But along comes a day and things happen. She is fine, and she probably learned a good lesson of not standing up and getting out of the tub without help. I guess it's God's way of teaching us things. So, please don't feel so bad! I hope things get better for you and your family. You have a lot on your plate right now. Hugs my friend.

Sorry I haven't been around much either, but things have just been crazy at work and by the time I get home, well I don't want to hear a phone ring or see a computer! lol I have been trying to watch what I eat more as I went so crazy over the holidays, and I did lose 5 pounds this week. It might have been more if I had done some exercising with it but I was just too tired to even try. I am ready for the summer when it stays light longer and I can at least get in the pool and swim some. Well today is shopping for groceries, cleaning house and getting caught up. That is if DH doesn't want to do some running around. what ya all got planned for the weekend? Catch you all later, I am on my way out the door to the store. You have to start early here or fight the crowds!

I agree, send the sun on. I need to ride my harley! I keep checking but no one has been posting! I was sick for a while, but much better now. Sherry, I hope you are doing better! It sure messes ya up when you fall! I hate falling! I am cooking supper, I cleaned house, went shopping, did laundry, and had company so I am ready to call it a day. That is after I eat supper and clean up the kitchen! Does it ever end? I don't know where the weekends go! Well better check the dinner, I sure don't want to have to start over with it all.

Hello Y'all! Sorry I have been mia for a while. I was sick all weekend and just couldn't do much of anything. I went to work but still not doing great. I can't even begin to catch up with everyone, but I have read most of it. It sounds like it is a bad month for most everyone, it's time for things to change! I am ready for warm weather, everyone is I think. I am sick of cold weather! Give me the heat! Gald to see some of the oldies post again, and welcome to the newbies! Time for me to fix supper!

Gosh, is nobody posting???? Not much new here, things are getting bad with jobs and all, so far I have been safe. I actually got a raise on my review! Although DH got his hours cut! So, my raise pretty much went down the drain. Although things could be worse I certainly would be worse off without my raise. It's cold here, I will be so glad when summer gets back here. I freeze to death. My skin is so chapped it burns! I love my hair short, and still get compliments on it all the time. It is so shiny since all the dead stuff is cut off now. Well, dh is starving to death, so I guess I best go start supper. Later!

Good Morning Y'all! It's really cold here today! Only a high of 36 degrees today. It was so hot yesterday 84 degrees I had to turn on the air and this morning I had to turn the heat on. Gosh, what a crazy year! I got all the decorations down and put away, if I didn't love the lights/decorations so much I would quit doing them. It is so much work putting it up and taking it down. I don't seem to mind putting them up, but hate taking it all down and putting it all away. lol I got most of my stuff to start my diet with, I think I missed a few things but that's ok, I can at least start one. I am going to start tomorrow and see how I do. I am so sick of all the sweets etc. I still have Cookies in the house, but I have eaten more than my fill of them so they don't bother me anymore and dh eats them all the time. Now if I could get tired of the cocktails etc. I would be fine. I don't eat a lot of bad stuff, but drinking them is another thing. I have to get the floors done today and all the laundry as I spent the day yesterday shopping and taking down the rest of the decorations. I am going to fix a really good fattening meal today since it is my last one for a while. lol Well going to get off this and get my work done so I can relax a little later today before heading back to work. Hey Y'all! I guess it is just a busy time by the way everyone sounds just like me! lol I took the tree down today, and my tree is so heavy I had a really hard time. Next time I will let the old man do it! lol It was a new tree this year and it make a mess just like a real tree, not real happy about that but it sure is pretty decorated up. We were invited to the neighbors for dinner yesterday, I already had my black eyed peas going and had cabbage cut up to fry so I took them over with me. They were a big hit with everyone! They smoked some salmon, I am not a big fan of salmon but this tasted so good! I guess I have learned a new way to cook it that I could live with. They also had some really good rice, some good steamed veggies, cornbread, and apple pie. It was all so yummy! I wanted to start my diet today, but didn't make it to the store to get the things I needed so I am going to try to go tomorrow and get some supplies in. I think I will start on Monday and see if I can make it through the week. lol I still have a lot of decorations to take down and pack up, but the tree is the worst so I am glad that is out of the way. I have to wait for dh to get the boxes back down from the attic to pack up the rest. Well, got to get ready to watch the mavericks play for a while. I am so tired I will probably go to sleep and find out the score tomorrow. It is really beautiful here today, hight 70's and it's going to be in the 80's tomorrow, but then really cold weather headed down here tomorrow night. I guess I will try to enjoy the day tomorrow. Hello Y'all! Got off work a little bit early today, I did a little shopping so I didn't have so much to do this weekend. lol Just have to have an excuse to shop some more I guess. We are going to a party at the neighbors tonight, I should take a nap so I can make it to New Years! lol I have ate so much crap I am sick of it all. I am so ready for the first of the year so I can make myself behave again. I'm crying now, I wanted a Wii so bad for christmas, but didn't get one. Now y'all have one! BoooooooooHoooooooo! I figured it would make me want to exercise. Guess I'll never know now! lol Everyone have a happy and safe new years eve! I will see y'all next year! Hugs to all my dear friends!
