I gained 8 pounds, but it came off pretty fast. They told me in the hospital that I would though.

I bought a treadmill several years ago. Every once in a while I use it for a few weeks, then quit. I get so bored on it, I would much rather walk outside. I figure with the warm weather we have here, even if it gets really cold for a few weeks, I am better off doing that. I don't seem to mind walking once I get outside, but making myself walk inside on the treadmill is really hard. How about trying to walk in your neighborhood for free?
