Good Morning! I am in the middle of cooking and cleaning, just took a 5 minute break! I want to get it all done early so I can sit down and watch the Mav's game this afternoon and not work all day long! My supper is part done, going to get the rest at least to the point that I can just turn the burner on! It was a great time at the Harley show, it was in Corith and it is about an hours drive for us. We almost didn't go because of the weather, but at the last minute decided to go. (I am glad we did-tee hee) You always meet some nice people at the Harley things and yesterday was no exception. We met and talked with a couple from Plano that was really nice. On our way home, about half way, it started to pour. We were up on the highway, so we pulled off and took cover for a while, but some a$$hole pulled past me and showered me from head to toe with a big puddle. I even had Water in my boots (which I just had shined at the show). Anyway, it eased up some and we took off and made it home. They took some pictures at Harley, so when we go back I will see if I can get some. On the way over there I told DH I forgot the camera, and he said too late, we can't go back now. We went to the party afterwards, and had a great time. Lots of good food and drinks. I ate my first sandwich type thing since I was banded and it tasted soooooo goooood. I might be in trouble now that I did that! :help: Well, DH just came in and said he was starving so I guess I best get him some food before he melts away!:mad: I'll be back later and do some personals.

BigPaul always makes me feel really good about myself. He's funny and silly but really smart right when you need him to be. DeLarla TellyMelly keeps me motivated on days I think I want to slack and theres always a smile on my face when I'm talking to her, she just keeps me laughing. She brightens my day! Cutiern reminds me of my daughter. I love how she is young, independent, and willing to make financial sacrifices to change her life. Dawg is a great husband. Selfless and supportive. He lives a banded lifestyle, without the band, so that he may succeed along side his wife. Pennie always seems so level-headed and diplomatic. I really admire that. Jack cracks me up with the use of his warped sense of humour in the manner in which he offers practical advice. Humour and practicalilty...great match and I always appreciate his input. (I also like his avatar!!) The best me (Kathy) has one of the most loving and tender hearts I've ever seen. She is always caring and giving to others even when she's needing support for herself. Her love of God and her desire to be a better servant shows in every post. Paula is my sweet Band-daughter and I'm so proud of how genuinely sweet she is and how her caring heart and love of God shows by her actions towards all others Iluvharleys has a good heart and is always so thoughtful, kind and caring always thinking of others in their time of need. NJChick (Eileen) Cracks me up!!!! She brings a smile to my face no matter what the topic. Bandland would be a boring place without her : - ) VinesQueen reminds me never to give up no matter how bad things seem at the time and encourages me that I should dance my heart out no matter whos watching~and I wish she would hurry up and get back on LBT!!! Michelle, without a doubt the most inspirational person to me. Even while having her own family problems, she finds time to come here and offer her help. She's a great person!

Hey Y'all! Just dropping in to let ya all know I am still alive! I'm tired and ready to go to bed! We have been polishing up the bikes, we are planning on going to a bike bash tomorrow and want them really purdy! :) So, we have been cleaning, waxing etc. and rubbing hard! I sure hope it doesn't rain, or we won't be going. Then when we get home the neighbor's are having a big party for their daughter's birthday, margarita machine and all! Hmmmmmm, now I have to tell you that I sure do love them things! :D And the best part of it is that we just walk across the street (cul-da-sac) and no driving is involved! Party time!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: Well, I'm sorry I don't have any time for personals, I'll catch up either tomorrow or Sunday. I do want to say congrats to Donna on the 50 pounds! Great job! While shopping today I found something new I thought I would share. Wish Bone has come out with some sald spritzers, they work on the same order as the butter sprays. I got a Red Wine Mist and An Italian, and it is 1 calorie per spray. I haven't tasted them yet, but it's really cool!

I must say I get entertained when I come here though!:huggie: :confused: :confused: Day two and I am still behaving myself with eating. I must say though I could sure use a big bowl of Braum's ice cream about now. :D Eileen - I lost so much hair I was looking to see if I was bald in spots, and my temples got extremely thin! I even asked my doctor for suggestions! He told me not to worry, it is a hormonal thing, doesn't have a thing to do with Protein or any of that. It was in fact growing in as it was falling out. It all came back normal for me, and I have long hair again down past the middle of my back. Cindy - I remember how bad I wanted the year to end when I was in school, but always looked forward to it starting again. Go figure! Donna - Hey girl, that must have been some shopping trip you had! Make sure to post us a picture of the new outfit! Becky - That is so cool of you to make those hats. Ladies, Becky is one fantastic crochet person. She made me a hat that I absolutely love, and a scarf! She does great work. Don't worry, you will learn everyone pretty fast. Patty - Sorry about the food poisoning! Hope you feel much better by now. Sherry - You are right, men do suck when it comes to w/l. everyone of them I know can lose 10 pounds in a week by doing nothing! I swear I am losing it today! Since I was one of the S L O W people today I posted on the April chat, even though dang, where is everyone at? DUH! So, I am just copying my post here! :) :rant: Hello Y'all! Sneaking in here for just a minute, my show Prison Break is on shortly and I can't miss it! I have to tell you that I have stayed on my diet all day (so far)! They even had chocolate cake with vanilla icing with carmel dripped all over it at work! They brought me a piece, I told them no, then here come another gal with another piece for me! Yikes! I was strong and said "no thanks". I had to go to the ear specialist today, he thinks it is swimmers ear, but wants me to have a hearing test. He said before he became a doctor, he had the same symptoms and it was an inner ear infection. Hmmmmmm, I told him if the insurance paid for it I would, but otherwise I couldn't. He gave me some nose spray and ear drops. So, here I go with the drops again! Kat - I rode behind DH about a week or two out, it didn't hurt me one bit. I didn't ride my harley for 3 or 4 weeks though. I wanted to make sure I was good and healed up. You brought back memories for me with the May baskets, we used to do the same thing when I was young! You made me smile! Darcy - You're right, it just isn't the same w/o a fire! We use to keep ours going 24/7 while we were up there. Of course on the weekend, it wasn't 7! You are doing great with not smoking, I am really proud of you. I know how hard it is. Just remind yourself that when you get the urge that it will be over in just a few minutes. Hugs! Well, going to run, the show is almost on and they are supposed to do the break tonight! Later!
