Good Morning Y'all! Gosh, I sat down here, then looked at the clock, it's already 6:40 and I still have to eat and get dressed! I get up at 5:00, I don't know where all the time goes! I guess it would be the relaxing cup of coffee while watching the news, then the shower, then fixing lunch, then what ever else has to get done. Darcy - I love the picture! You still look like that precious picture! Well, I guess I better get my clothes ready and do my hair! I'll try to do some personals tonight. Later!

I love my band because it saved my life. I can do so much more now, things I quit doing because of my weight. Yes, I would definately do it again!

Good Morning Y'all! Already running 15 minutes behind schedule so I guess I will just drop in and say hello! I spent too much time checking out the posts and getting rid of the bad ones! You would think someday they would get tired of posting places that it didn't last. I guess they just get paid for getting one posted and they don't care if it stays or not. Welcome to LBT and congrats on your surgery date. I don't know how much weight you have to lose all together and everyone is different, but yes 60 pounds should be reasonable. But, ever 40 or 50 is a lot too! Good Luck!

Yup! My band is fickle and does the same thing! :) I don't have times that I can't eat anything, just some times that I can eat anything and the next time a bite or two.

Keep busy! Read, go for a walk, call a friend and try to keep from thinking about it! Before you know it you will be done and in bandland! We'll see you when you get there! Good Luck!

Good Morning Y'all! Back to reality today! Gosh it has been so nice out that I just want to stay out! Now I have to go back to work and look out! Pat - Hope you had a great birthday! Did you do anything special? Cindy - I still have to do my taxes! UGH! I started doing them, it was awful and I quit! Guess what? They didn't go away, they are still staring up at me from the floor her by the computer! Kat - That sounds like a lot of hard work! Just think of all the calories you'll be burning though. We've had people that never had a fill on here, but most do have fills. It just depends on the person.

Like Pat said, protein it the best. Just remember you are still wide open and you won't feel full until you start getting fills. This is really a time for healing!

It took me 5 fills before I got much restriction, be patient it will come!
