Waited so long to get the band! It has helped me so much!

Good Morning Y'all! I have to jump in the shower and wash my hair in a minute, but thought I would get in a "good morning" to y'all first! :) It's cool here this morning, but we are going to get the cold front the north has this weekend, back down in the 30's at night! Just remember that what you gain now, you have to lose afterwards! You'll be able to eat most things after banding so don't worry about it too much.

I had one, they didn't even know it until he was in surgery, then he came out and told DH they had to fix it or I couldn't get the band. They fixed it all in one surgery! Good Luck!

Congrats on the date! Everyone thinks that they will never be able to eat again. I can eat most everything I ate before banding, some things I don't just because of the added calories. Don't worry, you'll still be able to eat! It's also normal to be nervous! Good Luck!!

Sounds like you are doing great! Congrats on the w/l!

Walking and drinking water helps more than anything else. If your shoulder is hurting, use a heating pad. Those are the things that helped me the most!

Our sirens went off, they had a tornado warning for a while here, lots of rain, thunder and lightening, but now it is going past. I'm glad you are ok!

Hey you Texas gals, are you all ok? I think the worst is behind us now, but it was hairy for a while! It was bad up where I work at, thank goodness I am not there right now! Check in and let us know you are ok.
