they actually served me coffee in the hospital after surgery. I could have it right away and was also on my liquids list. You will find surgeons have all kinds of different rules.

Hello Y'all! It's good to see more of you posting. I miss ya when you are gone! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers, you are all very special to me. I am doing good at least that is what they say. I am still very swollen up, and I have tons and tons of stitches. I will be glad when the stitches are gone and I am healed up. It is taking longer because of the double surgery. I would have been much better if they hadn't had to go back in again. I am released to go back to work tomorrow, but I bet I will be hurting when the day is over. Even when I do anything, I hurt but like I said it does get better each day. I can't take anymore time off work, they really needed me to be there last week and I just couldn't do it. I am starting a new position as soon as I get back and will have to do a lot of learning/training again and they are already behind because of the extra week I HAD to take. I probably need to get back anyway hurt or not as I am getting broader and broader here sitting on my arse. The doc is only letting me go back to work as it is a secretarial job and I won't have to do much fiscal work. I am still not allowed to do any real work at home, although I do a little but know when and when not to. When you have company, it's hard not to. I think I am really liking the smaller boobs though. I won't know what to do if I can go without a bra at times. lol Hech I was wearing a 36c in third grade, and they just got bigger and bigger each year. I have already bought me some new bra's that are pretty, but trying to hold off as he said once the swelling goes away (6 weeks) I would change a little more. So, trying to hold off till then for the pretty ones. Michaele - I didn't have to do any diet before either and it was nice. Good luck and I'll keep you in my prayers. Keep busy till then, and it's only normal for you to go through all kinds of emotions before hand. I'm glad to hear you all made it through the storms I was a little worried about my girls when I heard it was headed that way. Hello Y'all, I think I am finally getting to the other side of healing. I am still quite swollen up but it has only been a week since the second surgery so I need to be good. It has not been easy as I got company 2 days after surgery and guess who they expect to do everything? the are here till the 13th so I will be crazy by then.l I got a release to go back to work on Monday, so I won't even get a day alone to enjoy the time off. That does not make me very happy. they are nice folks don't get me wrong, but it was really bad timing. I read all the posts, but like everyone else I can't address everyone right now but hope to learn all the names soon. No pics of my puppies, they are not for adoption. I will say they might be a tad bit smaller than I wanted, but I won't know for 6 weeks or so till most of the swelling goes down. I have a wedding to go to on Saturday, and I was planning on wearing the dress I wore in Mexico to the wedding but if I do I definately have to wear a padded bra, you should see the difference! Well going to get off here and entertain my company some more.

OH No! Kat I am going to keep you in my prayers, and I hope you are just swollen up. Be careful with the 7up, and I am going to give you a big tip. If you are still sick to your stomach, take every sip you take off a metal spoon, it does wonders. I learned this when my kids were young and it does work. Try some hot tea over the other stuff. Or better yet, try some hot carnation instant breakfast as it has the vitamins in it too. Just sip it as you can. I am so hoping it isn't band related. Please keep in touch. I can't type long but I do try to read it every day. Hugs!

Good Morning Y'all Well, this is going to be my worst day for swelling and he was right, I am huge. I am doing good though and soon I will be a new woman. I must be getting lots better as I am getting sick of looking at the same walls. lol I am anxious to see it all done and at the size I will be. thank you all so much for all the well wishes and prayers. Not feeling well enough to do much typing just letting y'all know I am still kicking. I had to go back to surgery, my drainage was stopped up and couldn't come out. they opened me up but today I am really swollen up and it hurts to sit up any length of time. I am icing down now and will post when I feel better. the surgery itself went very well and I feel so much different. I dh said I have a totally different profile now.

Complications with me and I have to go back to surgery this morning, please keep me in your prayers. I should be back home tonight though.

Michaele Mythoughts are with you sweetie, I know it's hard for you with dh gone and going through this alone. Just remember we are here anytime you need us. Hugs! I am still in a lot of pain but doing better too. Just sticking my head in for a quick hello.

Got home yesterday, he said I did extremely well. They didn't have to move my nipples after all and they took 5 pounds off my breasts. I am really sore, but doing good. Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes.

I am going to post in sections, I keep hitting the wrong keys and I don't want to lose it all again. Pat - Where are you missy? Out partying again???? lol Trish - We have been watching the Olympics too! Then dragging ourselves out of bed in the morning. Now, maybe I can watch a few and not worry about it. I used to have a really good dill pickle recipe, I don't know if I can find it I lost a lot of them when I moved, but if I can find it I will post it for you. It does have garlic in it, lots of good old garlic, I don't think I could cook without garlic! sherry - I am so proud of you with your riding! I just know you are a hot chick on that bike of yours! You must be a good cook, it always sounds like you are making something really good all the time. Donna - I hope you enjoy your last couple of days off. I have two weeks off, but I don't know what I will be able to do yet. Michaele - that time will be here before you know it. I'll send you some of my butt, I have a lot to spare. No, I don't have to have my fill out, thank goodness for that because my band doc moved quite a distance from me and I sure don't want to have to drive there too. I have never had a problem with the nausea after surgery before so hopefully I won't this time. I can't remember if I told you Happy Birthday or not so if I didn't I am sure withing it for you now. I have been so preoccupied with all this testing etc that I don't have a mind left. lol Jessica - I can sure send you some boobs too! They are going to have to take a lot off mine! I can't imagine what they are going to look like after having them so big for so many years. What a relief my shoulders are going to get. By the way, the worst pb i ever had was while I was on vacation. I got stuck and I slimed for 45 minutes, and I was so miserable I thought I would die. Finally I stuck my finger down my throat and gagged my self and threw it up. Now I don't do it often but when I do it just comes up right away all by itself!

Good Afternoon Y'all! Well, I know I haven't posted for a few days, I just didn't want to jinx myself until I got the final approval. lol My surgery is Wednesday the 20th. Yes, it is the day after tomorrow! I will be in surgery at 9:00 a.m. so, if y'all will say a little prayer for me about that time it will be greatly appreciated! I am looking forward to this so much, but at the same time I am scared to death. I can't imagine how it will look, or feel after being so large for so long. I am ready to find out though. I will be staying at the hospital overnight, so I won't be able to get back to you until Thursday. I am glad in a way he is keeping me overnight, I would rather be safe than sorry. He has to move my nipples too, so that means more surgery and I won't have to go back the next morning either. Breast reduction, here I come! Now, if this jinxes me, I will never tell again! roflmao!!!!

The doctors office called and had a cancellation, so my stress test has been moved to tomorrow at 2:00 central time, so y'all say a little prayer that I pass it! If I pass it then I am on to my surgery! I am getting nervous already, I hope my foot don't act out and stop me from walking.

Good Morning Y'all! It was 106 here yesterday, and hot! We are supposed to get some badly needed rain today, so I am hoping it hits us and cools us down to under 100. Sherry - that must be a tough job "feeling" 80 people! Where do you "have" to "feel" them at? lol Just giving you a hard time lady! I wouldn't want to worry about getting all that stuff and doing it on my own time either. Can't you put it on someone with less seniority than you? Pat and Diane - You had too much fun without me! Good morning y'all! I'm getting here early this morning, I have been so busy that I just haven't had time for anything, so if I get here first thing maybe I can post a little. Sherry - I have done that long ride quite a few times and it's always fun, but the butt sure feels it. Although when you are riding your own bike it doesn't hurt like it does on the back of someone else's. Congrats on your long ride! Pat - Sounds like you and Diane got together again! hmmmmmm I bet the liquid diet has something to do with you being tired! lol I did the same thing last night with dh. Diane - Are you tired too? lol I was gone most of the day yesterday, so I didn't get any work done at my house at all, so guess what I have planned for today? Good Morning Y'all! Well, nothing worked as planned yesterday, my dh come in shortly after I posted and wanted to go for a ride up to get get Breakfast. I decided it was a nice idea if I didn't have to cook. Of course we had to go out riding by the lake too! It was a nice ride and we got home before it got too hot. My company didn't come so that made it even nicer. I just needed some me time this weekend. Of course the day isn't over. It is supposed to hit the 107 today, so I have already went out and watered everything so it won't die.l We stayed in all afternoon yesterday and just rested. Opps, dh is ready to go to home depo, gotta run, will check back in later.
