I doubt very likely that it will cause any problem, but you definately need to make your surgeon aware of the meds you are taking. Good Luck!

Welcome to LBT! I ask my Doctor who he recommended and he told me. My surgeon required a referral so I was already set up. Good Luck!

It's totally normal! You might get up tomorrow and see you have lost 4 pounds. Just worry about healing right now!

As long as you are still losing you really don't need a fill. If you start stalling or getting really hungry, then I would get one. You're doing great without one!

I still eat pasta sometimes, just in smaller amounts. I try everything and if something doesn't work one week, I try it again in a few more weeks. It's amazing what you can eat sometimes and not other times.

I don't look much like my old license anymore, but haven't gotten a new one yet. I get questioned all the time about it. Anymore I just tell them before they ask that I lost a lot of weight!

It might have just been from stress. I have had times that my stomach is growling and I am so hungry I can't take it. When I finally take a few bites, I'm full and satisified. It doesn't make sense, but we have to remember our bands are really fickle!

Guess what? You are totally normal! You'll go though all kinds of emotions between now and the surgery! Good Luck and keep us posted!

You really need to make sure you get some kind of protein in, maybe that is why your aren't feeling up to par.

Good Morning Y'all! I'm running late as usual, that darn coffee tastes too good in the morning and I just sit and watch the news and drink coffee too long. Pat - Glad to see your lovely post here! I miss you alot when you are gone! Patty - You just need to bring the boys home and you'll be fine. The more you move around the better it gets for you, and they'll make you do some of that! I went back to work on my 4th day and did fine. I also started cooking on my second day and while I moved slower and had be be careful bending everything worked out ok. You'll feel better with them home and you can see they are ok. Cindy - We got a bunch of rain here too. I just told DH he needed to turn the sprinklers back on because everything was so dry. He turned them on and it watered, then it rained! Mandy - Your new paint sounds really pretty. I bought the paint to do some and I have only done 1 door! Eileen - Hey girl! Glad to see you here! I miss you tons when you can't post. My flower beds are full of weeds! We had so much rain since I pulled the them first time, they are double this time! I'm glad you didn't get any bad damage from the storm, it gets pretty scarey sometimes! Beanie - How is the new job going and how are you doing? Sherry - Congrats on the great job on the course! Good Morning Y'all! Gosh, I don't know where the weekend went! I had so much planned to do and didn't get anything done! Well, I got a little done but not much. I had company all day yesterday so that set me back! I did get to go to the Farmer's Market and get some great veggies/fruits. I just love going there! It looks like it's going to rain all week here, I won't complain, let it rain every weekday and give me the weekends! My flower beds needs the weeds pulled so bad! Anybody got plans for the long weekend? We usually go away on the long weekend with family, but this year we are staying home. I don't know what we are going to do yet though. They might all come here and have a bbq, we'll see! Well, going to go jump in the shower and get dressed. I'll check out the rest of the board and do some personals later!

I know how you feel, that was my main worry too! I wasn't worried about anything else just that I wouldn't wake back up again. I still had to go through with the surgery, it meant a better life for me. I can't tell you how much better things are now after the surgery. I would do it again in a minute.

As long as you can drink water you are fine. Usually a fill gets better after a few days. Some folks get a little swelling after a fill.

You are going through all the normal things we all go through. All the what if's! It's a big step to take, and we don't exactly know what the other side will be like. Don't worry, you are just having the thoughts we all do. Good Luck and keep us posted!

For a long time after banding if I leaned against something or wore pants that were tight against it, it would get really sore. It still happens to me, but not quite as often.
