When I do my exercising every day, I feel so much better. I can actually feel the difference when I walk, stand up, bend over, sleep, go shopping, ride my motorcycle, and so many more things. I make better choices when I eat, I am happier, and healthier. SO........Why is it so hard for me to get myself to start each day? I can think of a thousand excuses not to exercise. It just doens't make sense to me when it makes me feel so good!

Well I guess I would check with the doctor and see. I know I have heard some people say they got more restricted after a length of time, but just to be on the safe side have it checked. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Good Luck!

Paula - It sounds like you are just a tad too tight. I think one of the signs of a slipped band is no restriction. With you just starting to get reflux I would think you have a little too much restriction. Also what size band do you have? I have heard with the larger bands they do that.

Carol - You are absolutely stunning! I love your hair done that way.

I showed all the pictures to my Brother and Nephew yesterday. They were amazed at the difference! We looked at them all for a long time. You gals got lots of compliments!

Welcome to bandland! It sounds like you are doing great. It is so nice that that two of you were banded together. You have your own support in your own home! Don't worry, DH will just learn from you when you talk about the support stuff.

Doesn't that make you feel great! You deserve it, you've worked hard!
