Paula - Why don't you talk to her doctor about it and see what the Doc has to say about surgery for her. If he agrees that she could do it, then talk with her about it more.

Just wanted to wish you luck and please keep us posted on your progress.

I walk on the treadmill most days, and if I don't do that then I walk on my lunch hour.

We were at the Marriot in Horseshoe Bay, it is down near Austin. It is right near Marble Falls, Tx.

I haven't had a problem with anything yet, I can eat everything.

It could just be the scale, maybe if you were home that scale wouldn't show a gain at all! I agree, the stress is a big factor for you right now! Hang in there, it will get better! Hey, go to Walmart and pull out one of their scales and check it there! You might find out it is just the scale indeed.

No gain, no loss, but I am happy with that this week after all the crap I ate on vacation!

Welcome and good luck with your surgery. What a great B-day present! The liquid phase will pass quickly and you will be banded before you know it! Good Luck and don't forget to come back and post about your experience when you feel up to it.

Paula you are too funny! I only took a few pictures, the ones I wanted to turn out was the ones at night of all the colored water/lights and none of those turned out. I have a couple on the lake, I will try to post them when I get home. Yeah, the gas prices for the vacation was great! I look like I have on red gloves though, I had a long sleeve shirt on coming home and my hands got really sunburned, but my arms don't match! lol

I'm at 2.25 and still don't have much restriction! I am hoping my next fill will get me there and I will start losing again.

We had the same thing, only it was under our dog's house. My DH lifted up the house to move it and all these bees came out, I had to run in the house because I am alergic to them. We had bees in the air for about a week looking for their home.

Thanks y'all, I was on a motorcycle vacation! We had a great time, ate too much food and had too much fun! We are back now and trying to get caught back up. I have lots of posts to read and respond to so it is keeping me pretty busy! We put 520 something miles on our bikes, got sunburned, and caught in wind gusts of 30mph (now that was scary) but all in all had a really fun time. We even did a guided fishing day on lake Buchanan for strippers. We stayed at the Marriot in Horseshoe Bay near Marble Falls and I would highly recommend it to everyone! They have a beautiful pool, spa etc, and at night the lights change colors from white, to pink, to red, to green, to blue. It is wonderful!

Penni - Sorry to hear your Mom was sick, but glad to hear she is doing much better. I have been out of town and just saw this thread, so I am sorry for the late response to it.
