Ahhh HELP!! IS THIS NORMAL PAIN?
Iluvharleys replied to KRZYGIRLNSTL's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
If you continue to have that much pain, I would call and see if you could get in a little earlier. It is not natural to be hurting so bad that you can't move. -
Sorry you had to go through that, but you are right about the liquids! It is very important to go back to the liquids! Good luck!

Stayed the same again this week, no gain, no loss!

Wow Megan, you look great! Congrats on the 70 pounds! -
I think we have all done that, it is normal. I think anytime you go through major surgery, you have all those thoughts. Good luck with your remaining tests, and let us know your surgery date.

What foods do you find difficult to eat?
Iluvharleys replied to aileena's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I can eat anything, no problems. I try to stay away from bread, rice etc. just because of the carbs. I do eat potatoes once in a while. -
Because you guys are like family...

Welcome to bandland, it only gets better with each day! -
I thought that was what it should be, just thought I would tease you just a little bit!

I think they are, but I think they are artificially sweetened if I remember right. You are probably better off going with the no sugar added ones. I have to go read lables again now!
-
Libra here too, although sometimes in the books I fall into Virgo also! Best of both worlds, I just usually read both of them!

I use the 1% milk, it tastes a little better and not that much difference in the calories. It sticks with me longer than skim does too.

I'll do it! I had some ice cream for lunch!

There once was an Apache Indian whose given name was "Onestone". So named because he had only one testicle. He hated that name and asked everyone not to call him Onestone. After years and years of torment, Onestone finally cracked and said, "If anyone calls me Onestone again I will kill them!" The word got around and nobody called him that any more. Then one day a young woman named Blue Bird forgot and said, "Good morning, Onestone." He jumped up, grabbed her and took her deep into the forest where he made love to her all day and all night. He made love to her all the next day, until Blue Bird died from exhaustion. The word got around that Onestone meant what he promised he would do. Years went by and no one dared call him by his given name until a woman named Yellow Bird returned to the village after being away for many years. Yellow Bird, who was Blue Bird's cousin, was overjoyed when she saw Onestone. She hugged him and said, "Good to see you, Onestone." Onestone grabbed her, took her deep into the forest, then he made love to her all day, made love to her all night, made love to her all the next day, made love to her all the next night, but Yellow Bird wouldn't die! What is the moral of this story?????............................ OH, come on...take a guess! . Think about it . And the moral is .......You can't kill two birds with one stone!!!
