Hey, I eat it in Lasagna, but not as a side dish! Yuck! Tried it several times when I was on the Southbeach Diet, and I hate it! But then when it is a lone it doesn't have all that good pasta!

Ewwww I can't do the Ricotta! I know a lot of people love it, but I hate it! I'll stick with cheese, milk, yogurt, and ice cream.

Awwww Vera, sorry to hear you have to go through another surgery. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Have fun on your trip, and take lots of pictures~ we want to see them too! Update: They are trying to get someone out here to put a new unit in, so hopefully it will be today! It was over a 100 in here the last few days, but I got to leave around 12:00 so I was thankful for that. Guitarman - It was nice to meet you too! We hung out for a while, listened to some of your great music, ate a little of the good food and watched the motorcycle show. Wow, those guys were something else on those stunts they did! I was leaving when you were singing, I waved bye to the rest of them and pointed to you and told them to tell you. It was time to do some riding. lol Thanks for the offer of the airconditioners, but we don't have windows here, just a door and a couple of big overdoors. I have the office door open and a couple of fans going right now, and it helps till about 11-12:00.

Babs - Quitting smoking was one of the hardest (but best) things I ever did for myself. Not only was it very stressful, but food tasted so much better, and yes I did gain weight. Give yourself a little time to adjust to not smoking, it might make a big difference in your weight loss. Right now, you are making a big step in making your life healthier. Good luck!

I ask the police when they were there if they had other reports of this, and he said not with air conditioning units! Lots of other stuff though. He actually started to come in the office and then said "boy, it's hot it there already, I think I'll stand out here! I told him he should have been there an hour ago, before I opened the door and turned on some fans!

Wow! It seems to get worse everyday! Of course they don't do anything to them when they catch them and they know it! Lisa I love your new avatar!

The boss just called and told me to go home, it is too hot to sit there like that. I had the office door open and fans going, but it was still hot! Thanks y'all, I hope they catch them too, but I think there is a very slim chance of that!

They must have done it Saturday night or Sunday, the boss was here working on Saturday and it was here then. When I came in this morning it was gone! I just made a police report, but I doubt if anything will come of it. Hopefully something can be done about it soon! The boss is going to be late today, if he comes in at all! I have the door open and the fan going right now, but in another few hours, that will be out of the question too!
