Things won't change that much for you to worry about. I would say one thing, the more you eat before hand, you have to lose afterwards. It really isn't worth it, especially when most likely you will be able to eat it afterwards only in smaller portions. Good luck!

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience at the hospital. You do have to remember you are still swollen! I love hearing my food/liquids going through, I know my band is working when I can hear/feel it. Things will get better with each day. The best advice I can give to you is walk as much as you can, and sip, sip, sip those liquids.

I just got home from shopping and the temp on the bank said 107 degrees! The humidity is really bad too! We are supposed to get a cold front moving in tonight, I think I am looking forward to a little cooler weather!

That sounds like a beautiful trip. The fall colors of the leaves are so pretty this time of the year up north. I miss that a little bit, but I don't miss raking all those pretty leaves! Have a safe trip, and have tons of fun! I am looking forward to all the pictures.

It stormed here too, then got down to 62 degrees! Our electric was out all night long, and then my internet was down till just a few minutes ago. I don't mind it when the electric is out while I am sleeping, but come on, it's hard to deal without LBT for a whole 6 hours! It is still very cool and I love the break! It is going to start warming back up tomorrow. I am taking advantage of the cool and making a big pot of veggie soup!

Please know that we are all here for you if you need to talk. You are going through a very difficult time right now, but as everyone already said, it will get easier. When you go through a divorce/breakup you have to greive just like the person actually died. Once you get through that part, things will look better for you. I am a true believer that all things happen for a reason. Hugs to you!
