Welcome to LBT! Good luck with your journey and keep us posted! -
I know it's going to be hard, but I also know you can do it. Make sure to eat your protein, it will stay with you longer than anything else. Stock up on veggies, carrots are crunchy and can take the place of chips etc. I find that a cup of tea with some good tasting creamer makes me feel like I have had a good dessert!
-
My doctor told me coffee/tea was ok, so I never went without it. I drink it every day, I would be a bear without it! I have read a couple of articles that say it is good for weight loss too!
-
I don't follow any diet at all, just eat my protein first, followed by veggies, and sometimes a few bits of potato. I pretty much eat what I want to only smaller portions.

Welcome to bandland and LBT! Glad to have you aboard!

Mine fell off in about a week.

Anyone experience back pain with the band?

Have you had any fills at all? Could you just be too tight? -
Congrats on your date! It'll be here before you know it! Being excited and nervous is normal:)
-
My first fill was 1.5cc and it didn't do much for me at all! But, you don't want to get too much on the first fill and be so tight you can't eat or drink. I still think a slower approach to the fills is better for you.

Hey everybody! Yup Cindy, I have been out riding all day! It is so beautiful. In fact, I think my face is burned and so are my arms! It just felt so good! Then we ended up at Chili's and got supper. I behaved myself though and had a chicken salad, ended up just eating the chicken off of it mostly! What a great day it has been! :) Eileen - That is neat that you cook for a week in one day. Heck, if I did that DH would have half of it ate before the end of the week! That man of mine sure loves to eat! I think it is great that you didn't need a fill yet, too many times a doctor gives a fill just because the time is up. I have to pay $200.00 a crack for fills, I want as few of them as I can get. I had to pay him $200.00 to get .2 taken out too! That did upset me a little bit! Well, my neighbor just came over so I better go talk with him. Catch you later!

Definately South of France, the chances of actually getting picked for the show is so slim, I wouldn't even take the chance.
-
Never heard of it, but it probably goes along with all the other stuff!

Vitamins and other Supplements before Lap Surgery?
Iluvharleys replied to DAA's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I take Flintstone's complete and viactiv, it's what my doctor recommended. -
I weight once a week. I started out every day, but found that my weight varys so much from one day to the next. Once a week just works better for me. My doctor also said coffee/tea was fine to drink.
