My doctor said the VG band is normal for not being able to get all the fluid back out.

Well, I love my band! I would do it again in a minute! There are several people on here that used Spivak, I'm sure you'll get lots of responses!

You'll be there in no time! I have been banging on the door for a couple of months, but that was my fault, went crazy during the holidays! I made up my mind that this was the week I started being good!

Everyone is a little different. Some people can't eat certain foods after banding. I have been able to eat anything so far, but that doesn't mean that I will always be able to, it could change with my next fill. -
My doctor said coffee was fine to drink. Of course I would have drank it anyway, you can take a lot away from me, but not my coffee! I also just read an article that said coffee helps you lose weight!
