    January's Chat

Hey Y'all! Finally got a chance to get here! I finished my work on the puter, then did the housework. Then I made a pot of soup for lunch, boy it was really good! Fattening, but worth every bite! :) Dianne - My heart goes out to you, how I hate to hear you have to do the surgery all over again. Good luck, and please keep us posted. Beanie - It's almost here! I can't wait to welcome you to bandland! :D Sherry - I don't do the bread, but I do the hamburgers. I just use lettuce instead of bread, still put tomatoes, and all the works on it. It is pretty yummy and I really don't miss the bun. Although when I am anywhere near a subway, I wish I could have one of those, they always smell so good! Cindy - Sorry to hear you aren't feeling better. That Benadryl does the same thing to me, in fact I can't take two of them, one knocks me out! Feel better! :D Anne - It was housework for me today too. My DH gets to relax on the couch, I get to do work! Something is definately wrong with this picture! Eileen - Isn't your fill next week? I bet you are ready! Pat - Yes, that tastes like yogart. It tastes a little more like the frozen ice cream one though. I only had a little taste of it so don't hold me to it. I think it would be better than a "chit" pill though! Glad you found someone for your office. I'm also glad to see you back on here. I thought I needed a fill too, but decided against it. I know I can eat too much, but I don't want to be too tight again either. Nope, can't take that sliming at all! Patty - What you haven't opened that box yet???? OK, I am coming over there and opening it up for you! The suspense is killing me! :D Well, I haven't posted much lately so I am going to check out some of the other threads. Take care and have a great evening!

    prayers and white lights please!

Vines - Please, please, please don't read anymore about anything till you get your results. It will make you go crazy, think all kinds of bad things that might not even pertain to you. Believe me, I have been there and done that before. Just put it to rest, keep yourself busy and don't read another thing. There will be plenty of time for you to look up and study anything afterwards, but maybe you won't even have to do that at all. My thoughts and prayers will be with you! Now, go take a hot bubble bath, do your nails and read a romance book! Or a good mystery! Hugs!

    January's Chat

Good Morning! Rain, glorious rain! We got lots of it last night, and it is still going this morning. We need it so bad. Dianne - Hope all is right with you. Hugs! Beanie - Broth, popcicles, juice (grape/apple), protein drinks, heating pad, tylenol, jello. Don't buy too much of any of it though, you won't need as much as you think you will. I used more broth, coffee, tea, popcicles, and jello than anything. Eileen - Thanks for the compliment:D I too have work in the house to do, but first I have to get my work on the computer done. All I want to do today is sit in my gown and pull up the covers and have a good hot cup of tea with cinnamon creamer in it. :) My ear is swollen shut again this morning, so things sound funny or can't hear much at all. UGH! Cindy, oh Cindy where are you my friend? Hope things are ok and you are just very busy. Patty - Ah the famous box, how could you forget that??? :lolB: :lolB: I know, just kidding! You have certainly been busy. It seems like when things get changed so much at home it always has an effect on the children. Have fun at the garage sales! Pat - where are you ???? Time to quit working and come and play and let us know how you are!:clap2: Good morning Anne, Sherry, Ira, Paula, Zan, and Pat. Hope I didn't miss anyone!

    New and lovin' it!

Welcome to LBT! Yup, quite of few of us bikers on here. There's nothing wrong with riding with DH, it's getting to ride that counts. When you are ready, you'll know it! I have a Herritage Softtail, and I love it. I wouldn't trade it for any other bike! I had mine lowered and had an easy pull clutch put on it. My hands are so small it really made a big difference for me. Each person has their own idea about what they like, that's what's so neat about owning your own, nobody can tell you how to dress it out or how to drive it! I have black fringe all over my bike. Glad to have you aboard! Don't worry too much about the gaining right at first, some people do gain and others lose. During the first phase it is all about healing properly, so that is your biggest concern right now. The weight loss will come after you get your first fill if it doesn't come before then. Good luck!
