I'm scheduled for surgery on June 14. I have a two-week pre-surg diet. Before I started the diet, I wanted to eat and eat. It took me a while to find a brand of whey powder I could stand. Found out my Surgeon's office had some good stuff right there - Bariatric Advantage, and Power crunch bars. Since starting on high-protein diet 10 days ago, have not been hungry, and lost 10 pounds.
I am soooo ready to get thin.
