One week to go for sleeve. Feeling pretty confident. But what are people doing after ending up with a lot of hanging flab? Of course I want to get the 35 kil off pretty quickly so hopefully I won't need a knee replacement.
Any suggestions out there about how to avoid the flab??
Water aerobis have been the answer, but not walking well yet. Anyone doing body work to regain muscle tone - or just having the loose flesh remover surgetly.?? Frustrated Filly.:smile:
