Better by the day- How are you doing? I have been away from the VSG forum for a while. I had a gastric imbrecation or plication about 6 months ago. Pretty soon you'll be able to eat whatever you what just in smaller amounts. Good luck!

Sandy, I had my sleeve plication on May 27, tell me more about your eating schedule you adhered to as I can't imagine that our scarring is the same as the staples but am not sure. I'm on very soft yogurts and applesauce and soups, how about you? Did Dr. Cottam do yours? Mine was done in Mexico and there are very few of the plication folks on here so I need to keep in touch with ya'll.Tell me how your eating is going and what you've had good and bad luck with.BB
