Thanks very much for your reply! Right now I'm struggling with losing the weight pre-surgery. I just can't get full no matter what I do I'm 245 now and, in theory my surgery will be in July. Would it be a terrible thing to do a crash diet just to get down 15lbs before surgery, you think?

Every time I visit this forum I see your name! You are so helpful to everyone and your achievement are just amazing. I have to ask, and feel free to tell me to shove it, but you haven't had/had the need for cosmetic surgery after so much weight lost? I was looking at the picture you posted recently and I'm thinking to myself, when I have my surgery there's no way the amount of weight I hope to lose will leave me with a body that can wear a dress like that. I expect my extra skin will leave me almost as big looking as I am now Boo.
