Hi Christy! I love when I get to see people who started the same time as me. I have felt like weight loss the past two weeks has been in a holding pattern for me as well. Not a gain or even a maintence but only about 2-3 lbs total in these two weeks. Its weird, but fits right in with what everyone says about the 3 week mark. I am hoping i jumps back soon. I feel so good that I'm not stressing too much! Thanks for friending me.

doing much better today than yesterday. guess if I can say that everyday it is a good sign! the only real pain I still have is the main incision site, the biggest one. it feels like someone punched me in the gut and I have to hold that area when I get up or sit down but all in all much better than a few days ago. Now I am so excited about shopping this summer. what was your average weight loss in the first 3 months? thanks!!

So glad to hear you are doing well. Things will get better every day then every week, then every month.
Keep sipping, and don't be alarmed if you are hungry. Liquids go right through our tummies, plus our nerves have been cut, and we can't feel a full signal. Just stick with your program and stay positive. And, oh how scary on the knicked artery, I'm glad you are doing better.

Hey! Love the new pic! I am feeling so much better today. I won't lie, I wasn't expecting it to hurt quite so much but everyday is getting better and better. Today I actually felt hungry for the first time since surgery on Wed. Still very sore but I'm so excited about getting healthy and losing weight. I had gained about 4 pounds after surgery... I guess with the swelling and stuff. When I weighed this morning I was down 7 pounds from that number which means I am down almost 4 pounds from my surgery weight. I am so excited about that. I know I can get thru the pain seeing the scale go down and down. Thanks for your support. I'm fixing to post a message on the boards about my experience and tell people to make sure their spouse knows their blood type. LOL I lost a lot of blood when an artery was knicked and it was in a place where my surgeon could not turn the scope around to view it without doing more damage so he had to go back in thru my belly button to find the bleed
