OMG... I'm only 2 weeks out and I'm sooo tired of liquids already... Any suggestions, creative ways to get them in. Diluted juices go down pretty good and so does water.. The protein shakes are killing me though.. I bought some unflavored protein pwdr to put in my juice and Crystal light.. Anyone ever try that?
