  1. Cooper. This is very normal. Your body is adjusting to eating less calories, so it "protects" itself by making you tired, so you do not "burn" the stored fat. Off course you want the opposite. That feeling will fade out in the 3rd week or so... please drink a lots of liquids...
  2. Thanks Everybody.. I just started to excercise yesterday, so I will see how my body reacts to it. I also added B12 to my diet starting tonight. The multi-Vitamins I am taking has 100% iron content, so I do not think I need more than that. I have also purchased a sugar free protein mix to avoid the hair loss.... Any other supplements / drinks you can recommend?
  3. I am new to the site. I was sleeved on December 29th, 2009, so I am 20 days after surgery.. the weight loss has been remarkable (started at 229 Lb, currently @ 199 Lb.. goal is 180 Lb).. I am still eating liquids and soft foods (Soups, small Pasta dishes, eggs, juices, fruit purees, etc - per nutricionist recommendations)... I started to feel very tired and sleepy the last week or so.. I have added a Multivitamin every morning.. but the feeling is the same... I am trying to take long walks as recommended, but I am too tired to do so... Perhaps anyone can suggest something? I am thinking about drinking energy supplements, but I am affraid of the high sugar content. Any similar feeling and/or stories on how to overcome this will be appreciated.
