I read your post about the stall and carbs. I'd like to compare notes with regard to the Remeron and its possible effect on appetite. I actually gained 3lbs, from 162-165 then down 164 I'm hoovering at 165 now and I'm taking that Remeron (mir..generic name) and it does enhance appetite (which I needed before I began taking it because I was repulsed by nearly all food and drink) Now that I am on the Remeron my appetite is good. I find I think of food more often...so I need to be cautious. Are you still taking the same antidepressant if so have you noticed an increase in appetite? I'm taking 30mgs before bed.
