Yesterday~ b- 1/2 off egg w/cheese l-pc ham and sharp cheese d- autumn harvest kashi cereal dry (about 10) very yummy Took kids to amusement park and I fit on the roller coasters and all the other rides!! First time in years!! Had so much fun!! Wahoooo

I am a foodaholic. I love to cook, eat and wallow around. I do know that I at times I have been an emotional eater. I really don't think that was why I was fat!! I just love food and my fav was ice cream!!

I prefer choc unjury. I put 1 cup skim milk, 2 tb peanut butter, 1 scoop choc unjury, ice and blend in blender. Also check out the thread that has over 200 skake recipes. I have tried the latte one with choc unjury. I think you can sub. there recipe protein for unjury. If I run out of it I but low carb slim fast choc.

Today~ b- choc pb protein shake l-almonds wasabi soy- 10 s- sf choc waffer cookie d- potato soup and ham & cheese roll up not goinf to have another snack I swear!! Same as Blooeyez... Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake... unjury choc protein powder, 8 oz milk, ice, 2 TB or so of pb. Blend in mixer. Sometimes I will have this when hubby goes for DQ. It is just as tastey as a milk shake. I have also used low carb slimfast when I run out of unjury powder!

Today~ b- 1 scrambled egg and pc of bacon s- mini pumpkin muffin w/ cream cheese spread l- 2" pc fried fish and 1/2 hushpuppie-- we had a fish fry today! d-4" pc fried fish, spoon of banana pudding, s- 1 chocolate oatmeal cookie feel like I wanna puke, not because I'm stuck... I hate that I ate all this SH*T!! Will not be having a fish fry any time soon!! IT was really good though!

I have only been juicing for a month! I love it, I even have my kids drinking it now. After my step dad completed his radiation and chemo we have been reading alot about juicing! I went to Barnes and bought a book and with its recipes it tells you the benefit of that recipe. Anyway this is my usual..... 2-3 apples 1 celery stalk 3 carrots 1 thin slice of ginger I have also added cukes, beets and orange slices!! Yum I would never go completely raw but I know that it does make you feel good. Good luck with your juicing!!

Nutritional value of beans and some recipes please!

I use beans in alot of recipes. I throw them in soup, salad, scrambled eggs, just anything to boost my protein. I always have black beans on hand. I had some in our chili tonight! I don't know if one is really any better than the next. I just know they are all good. I was told to rinse them if you use from a can!! -

I was not told anything about fat!! Was just told to keep my protein up and drink lots of water.

I use both. I will use real butter over anything else. It is not very often that I even use it-maybe a couple times a month! I do know that ICBIB is better than counrty crock. I will buy which ever is on sale!

my dr says shoot for 600-800! Sometimes I get more some days are less. My goal is to aim for my protein before I worry about calories. As you know everyone here has very different opinion on calorie consumption. Just do your best.
