Today~ coffee walnuts-1oz. 1oz turkey w/cranberry salad, a 1" pc sweet potato, 1 bite of mashed taters 2 chocolate chunk Cookies 4 baked scoops with ff taco dip tomorrow will be a better day!

I am looking for typical meal ideas. Also I am confused on the amounts :/

I usually eat whatever I make for my family. Tonight I had chili, I can only eat 1/4c to 1/3 c food. The only time I make something different is when my skinny hubby wants fast food. I eat alot of tuna chicken salad, crab salad. We eat alot of chicken thighs in many ways, but always cooked in the crock so it is tender. ck out the thread what did you eat today in the food section on the website....tons of daily menus. -

Today~ black coffee-- so good 1/4 c cottage cheese 3/4 pc raisen bread penne pasta w/ protein, tossed with cheese, tomatoes,italian sausage-1/2 c 1/3 burger with cheese dipped in ketchup- no bun kitkat bar I'm sending the candy to work with my hubby Monday!! I posted some before and after pictures...ck them out

I would say that after 3-4 months.. Now if I miss a day it throws me off plus I feel horrible. Everyday it gets easier and easier. I love it now simply because my weight falls so much easier and I feel great.

I agree.... I am so glad Halloween is over. I have not posted because I was mad at myself for eating all that chocolate crap since it went down so well. Today is a new day and I will work out extra hard....

yep, big gulper here. I now have 4 fills. I can drink only say 1/2 gulp and it hurts. Love my restriction but hate that I can't gulp......
