    Can't fit in enough healthy stuff

    I drink v-8 and make a blended fruit and veggie drink! I still drink protein shakes in the morning --thats all my band will allow in the am. I eat tuna, chicken, cheese, almonds and walnuts as well.

    Almost banded... help!

    you have a good start already! No you will not be hungry at all. I was about 3 wks out before I was hungry. I think the first week all I had was shakes,egg drop soup, hot and sour soup blended, a couple of yogurts. Just check out the liquid, mushie stage threads for more ideas! Congrats....Wishing you well....

    Fingernails brittle. .

    I notice that when I take my vitamins they are so strong! Make sure to take your vitamins and all the prep for Turkey day may of had a part in it.

  10. I'm so tired of buying razors that constantly nik my legs. What do you use? I have to shave everyday so I'm not sure that those creams will work. I've tried different shaving creams to go along with these razors!! I haev bought both expensive and generic and nothing works.

    I could not get past the taste. Yucko!! I still drink EAS, Unjury, Low Carb Slimfast!

    What fills you up for breakfast?

    I was banded in March- still can't eat breakfast much. When I can eat breakfast after 10 am it is oats, or an egg. Usually I just stick to my protein drink -still to tight in the am.

    popcorn

    I was banded in March! I just ate popcorn for the 1st time this weekend. We went to the movies and I have to admit I'm not sure how much I ate but I know it was more than 1 cup. It was soooo goood! Yes-- extra fake butter on top!
  16. Yesterday~ 3/4 scrambled egg w/onion & chive cream cheese 3/4 c chef salad 1/2 turkey breast,bite of stuffing, bite of cran apple relsih,bite of mashed taters. honey mustard pretzels.
  17. Today~ Fudge protein shake walnuts & mini rice cakes 3 oz chicken salad ham, cheese, lettuce wrap 1/4th.

  23. She is right! We love these! I had an expo event and had some leftover. I try not to keep these aroung the house.

    Problem foods

    I lived on yogurt after surgery. Now that I have had 4 fills I can't eat but a bite or two. Just give it some time and try in the future.
