  11. I put honey and sunflower seeds in mine with frozen blueberries. It doesn't take a lot of honey! Today~ b-nothing l-1/2 turkey burger with cheese, no bun d-1c clam chowder and baked tostitos if I snack later maybe a skinny cow!

    Anyone have suggestions????

    This one is easy for me for dinner...just throw a whole chicken in the crock pot and pour a jar of chicken gravy (healthy of course) and cook it all day. Very easy and my family loves it as well. Then just heat up some veggies and your good to go. I suggest putting everything in the crock! Now that the kids are back in school and I do work part time it is a lifesaver!!

  22. I went to me family dr telling him I was interested in getting LB. He was not for it. So I did my 6 mo supervised diet with him, just to prove I had a hard time losing weight. After I lost a few #'s in 6 mo. He realized that I was serious about LB. He gave me a recommendation letter for ins purpose and I was on my way to see the surgeon. I met with him at the end of Jan 08 and had surgery Mar 24, 08. Good luck in your choice. I'm sure you will find all your answers here.
  23. I crave ice cream. I have always been addicted to it. Now I just try to have sf or the weight watchers kind. I also cringe when someone mentions fast food. Almost makes me sick to my stomach to think I used to eat that crap.
  24. bella--everyday is different for me. I try to eat until I feel full but not stuffed. Sometimes a few bites will do it. Other days I think I can eat a horse. b-lc slim fast s-greek yogurt vanilla l-spicy tai tuna 3/4 c d-1/2 tuna sandwich s-ww ice cream
