I just had my surgery at Wilford Hall and did have to go through 6 months of seeing a nutritionist, attend a bariatric support meeting, psych eval, and I started this process in June and had my Surgery date 1/5/10 so far have lost 4 pounds! Wish you luck! The road seems long but just stick with it!

Maybe sometime we can meet up for a walk!!! Since we both live in San Antonio...
