    Cruising with the sleeve?

I actually went on a cruise right at 3 months out, and I had a great time! I had more energy to actually go and do than I have had in a LLOONNGG time. As for the eating, all of the friends that went with us knew about my surgery and were supportive. I had no problems, but I have also been eating in front of other people since I went back to work, around 2 to 3 weeks out, and the people that went on the cruise with us also work for us, so we do lunch every single day together. I was worried before we went that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the cruise post-sleeve as much as I enjoyed them pre-sleeve, but I found the opposite to be true. I just stayed busy, and with the food, stuck with Soups for appetizers, seafood for entree, and skipped dessert altogether, but I don't tolerate milk, chocolate, and sugar very well. I hope this helps! I was actually on a 3 week stall when we left for our cruise, and when we returned home, I was 4 pounds down, and lost 6 pounds the next week!
