i think you're doing just fine with your menu - but how are you doing in the exercise area.....you'll definitely see the difference as soon as you start moving and doing exercise.....whether it's walking, swimming, zumba...anything will be good.:scared0: -

i went with Dr.Aceves in Mexico, Mexicali . it was self pay....it was all worth it...he is a very reliable doctor and his staff is really professional. you should without a doubt check him out....his prices are very reasonable. i highly recommend him.:thumbup1: -
