yep, it did happen, you've got to eat slower, and take a walk after every meal.....drink lots of water too, if you feel your stomach is bloated...but walking is the best way to get rid of those gases. goodluck -

i don't believe it either, it is extremely difficult....plus that age your metabolism is much slower and 4 months is too little time, maybe if she had said 8 or more months.....would've been more believable. -

i definitely recommend the sleeve, i have it and i love it!!! recovery is much faster and i haven?t had any type of complications.....plus of course i went with the best doctor in Mexico, Dr. Aceves.

i like to lift 5lbs weights and i feel it has helped me a great deal....i do scrunches in the front and then i lift my elbow and move my arm. then i do some form of back ward situps - they are a bit hard, but they are really helpful. Goodluck!!!

patience patience....everything will be fine....your sleeve is fine...and your stall is perfectly normal....keep up with the exercise and before you know it, you'll start seeing the scale move. so don't lose hope!!! -

Will craving junk food stop with sleeve?

yes you definitely have to start buying less junk food, this will help your kids a great deal and they will learn how to eat healthy at an early age. of course they can sometimes have some kind of junk food, but it shouldn't be available for them at all times. -

hi, mmm i definitely think you should see the doctor and have him run some tests.....it's not normal for you to get sooo tired. have you tried only some brisk walking? and then maybe wait until you get a bit more in shape and try something different.
