great keep it up!! for me on the 15th will be a month since the sleeve, and i?ve lost practically a pound a day. and i am really really happy. i hope to continue losing. i feel great.

mmm i really don?t think so. we put all our effort to lose what we need to lose and reach our ideal weight and then we need to maintain it. -
hi, i know exactly how you feel, i?ve tried to stop smoking as well, but then i feel anxious and want to start eating. i am hopeful that i will keep this new year?s resolution and stop smoking for good. in the meantime i am doing lots of exercise and that has helped a lot. goodluck

hi, i had my sleeve surgery with Dr. Aceves as well, 5 weeks ago, and i couldn?t agree with you more. His staff is great and Nina has been great as well. I am sure you won?t have any problems and i wish you the best of luck on your new body and life. please keep us posted. -

it would be great if you guys could go together. but if you get to go by yourselves dont worry cause everything will be just fine. i went by myself and i had no setbacks at all. besides everyone really takes good care of you. -

congratulations on your loss. i too was a bit scared when i was able to take my protein but i had my surgery 5 weeks ago and i?ve been doing fine. i?ve managed to lose 20lbs. i could?ve lost more but there was a lot of food over the holidays. but now i am back on track and hoping to lose more and more. -
i know i feel guilty when i try to eat something i shouldn?t. but then i take a look at a before picture of my weight and then i see how much better i am looking now, and then i go back to my usual diet and exercise.

be patient, be constant, start doing exercise as soon as possible. and pray everyday for a healthy new body new weight. -
i?ve decided to start toning my body after 5 weeks of surgery.....i?ve started lifting two 5lbs dumbells.....should i lift more? or when should i start lifting more........please help:confused1:

thanks- actually i?ve been doing 3 sets of 12 reps with 2 5lbs weights.....for upper body - for lower body i try lifting 15lbs in total. It?s really hard, but i like the challenge.

hi everyone i?m 38 yrs old - i just had my sleeve surgery 2 weeks ago. I went with Dr. Aceves he has been great. I went in weighing 280lbs. my goal is to loose and weigh 140 lbs. i have already lost 14lbs. A pound a day and it has been great. except for the liquid diet.:001_tongue:
