you have definitely analyzed your situation and you have taken the best decision ever. why wait until you?re obese or have health problems, better do it now when you can and stick to your diet and exercise. great information, thanks!! as for the coffee, the good thing is i don't drink coffee at all.....what i do is drink milk or freshly squeezed juice, just a small cup of either one.:thumbup1:

i totally feel for you, it sounds like this has been going on for some time now.....i hope you are able to find some way to feel better about your situation. why don't you start doing some exercise and breathe so that you can feel better and less depressed.....i hope this surgery is your answer to your weightloss, i know it will be.....Godbless and wish you the best, please keep us posted.:thumbup:

i started losing more as soon as i started doing exercise, started going to the gym and i love it!!! :thumbup: i totally recommend it!!!

wow.....good for you.....i tried some like about 3 weeks ago and they were good but my stomach didn't like the feeling of fried food. so i will definitely follow your plan of not eating them...........besides they are not good for us.:001_tongue: -

that's real sad and the only advice i could give you is for you to tell them that this is your decision and that you would really like them to support you and if they decide not to, then it's their choice. Don't take it personal, it's nothing against you, they are the ones that don't want to accept your decision. i wish you the best and i hope all goes well!!!:001_tongue:

Yep!!! it's nobody biz!!! your mom should respect you and she should be a bit more discrete. if you're telling her you don't the whole world to know then she should respect your decision......and if you don't want to tell anyone, they don't really have to know how the hell you did it to lose weight.........so fight for your right!!! goodluck:thumbup:

when i get stressed, i take a walk or i do some form of exercise, of course when i am on those days of the month i do have cravings for something spicy or sometimes sweet. if i am in a bad mood, i usually don't want to eat. so it's different for everybody. i hope you do well.:thumbup:goodluck!!!
