laura, you are a very pretty lady. Being the cook and mom of the house, I don't know how you ladies do it. I have been convinced women are the stronger sex. We can lift more but us men could not handle giving birth,, LOL,, I passed out while watching my son come into this world. You are smarter than you know, eating a few snacks does not make one stupid. For us overeaters it is harder than coming off drugs. A drug you can totally quit and survive but one always has to eat. You have done so well so far, I am sure there are moments.
