I did drop five pounds! ONLY because I had the stomach flu and couldnt eat nothing!!!! I'm at 219 this morning I started at 259 day of surgery! So I'm doing pretty good! I still freak out,, thinking that I'm eating too much although I KNOW I'm NOT!!!! So how is your weight loss going what have you lost? I pretty much eat anything MOSTLY protien,,,no salad, not sure if I'm ready? how about you?

Hey girl, I just wanted to see how things have been going for you, and if you were able to break your stall yet? I'm still stuck, and have tried everything...I hope we start losing again soon!! It is a little discouraging to have the weight loss stall so quickly after surgery...gosh we can barely eat, how can we not be losing weight??? Take care

Hey Shawna! You look great!! I just had my briefing on the sleeve surgery @ WilfordHall. I am confused all the info they gave me said eat 6-8 meals a day...I had read other places to eat 3 meals with no snacks...I have lots of stuff to do before I get mine I am guessing it will be around November. Seems like an eternity! Well looks like your doing great! Take care!!

Wow, you look great!! I have hit a stall too...and it sux!! I guess it comes with the territory, and all we can do is hope it will end soon! Glad to hear everything else is going great. I feel so much better about myself already!! So glad I made this choice! It was good to hear from you! Take care!

Hey girl! I've been great! Probably not working out as much as I should be, but college is starting to get really busy. Don't worry - your stall has to end eventually! Just keep your chin up! I'm down 25.8 since Jan. 3rd, day before surgery, as of Monday. Trying to weigh just once a week now plus had Aunt Flo this week so didn't want to weigh! LOL. I feel so much better now. Sounds like you're doing great! Keep it up!!!

Hey you, how are you doing? I'm doing pretty good! Going through a stall with weight loss! But sure that's to be expected! Just a little discouraging when your not really eating and working out five times a week! Hmmmn it will pass,,, just venting

How have you been? I've been good here! I think i'm on a stall with weight loss, grrr a little disapointing especially when you know your not eating, and i'm working out five day's a week! Ha whatever!!! I'm a total down 32 pounds...
I feel real good!!! Well hope you are doing awesome!

Have you tried the "Walk away the pounds" dvds? I got one of those and it is a pretty intense workout for "walking". Nice for this crappy weather. I am still on mushies for another couple days. I'm pretty comfortable here at the moment but it will be exciting to try some new things. I've been doing 1 protein shake in the afternoon and 1 before bed, which with skim milk gives me 32g of protein per shake. I could probably up my liquids but I'm getting in the minimum 64 oz a day. It's irritating that I don't tolerate plain water very well anymore. I always have to add crystal light. Sometimes I just crave plain water lol! I think that's the only major complaint I have right now. How many grams of protein have you been getting? My dietitian tells me I need between 60-70g a day, but I wasn't sure what everyone else's requirements are. Keep it up, girl!

Well it's been raining for the past three day's so I havent been out to walk! aghhhh I need a treadmill, elliptical or maybe just a gym membership!
So are you tolerating foods yet? I eat chicken, beans, ground beef, I try to only eat protiens so I get as much as I can down! But when I log it on
myfitnesspal.com it's not enough!!! grrrrrr.. I drink a protien shake every morning! If I drink three protien shakes I can't get any food down?
How are you managing? Hope all is well!
