Yeah I've been trying to workout. Key word - TRYING, lol. The hardest part for me is finding the motivation to actually start working out because once I start I'm fine. I've been trying to get to 30 minutes of cardio 5x a week, almost there. I'm training myself not to weigh everyday too. It's hard! This week I have a little extra motivation - I started my period yesterday so I don't want to step on the scale and see and water weight gain! Lol. Sounds like you're doing awesome - keep it up girl!
